“Tiny people have infested your home. You realize this when you spot a few of them on the kitchen floor, so you stomp them out in annoyance. You begin getting rid of the tiny people throughout your home in a variety of ways; some you step on, some you squish in your hand, some you use bug spray on.”
Finding pests in my home is a huge disturbance in my routine schedule. And when they get into my plants that’s when I really start taking it seriously. It takes just one tiny person in one plant for me to take extermination to the next level. I tried not to use chemicals right away because of my precious plants, although that didn’t seem to work very well. Then I tried setting some makeshift traps. Duct tape is very sticky and I usually can’t even get it to unstick off my hands. I figured that would be perfect to trap some tiny people. I lured them towards the tape with some bread. At first, It worked really well! However, I still had some pests wandering around and at that point I was exhausted. I had enough at this point. After days of trying to handle this issue myself and wasting so much of my time, I had to call the exterminator….
